QUIZ NIGHT BRINGS COMMUNITY TOGETHER TO SUPPORT LOCAL GREEN PROJECTS

The Annual William Hobbayne Charity quiz night took place in March in the main hall at the William Hobbayne Community Centre to raise funds for the many greening projects the Charity supports. It was a roaring success and a fantastic community event and as always it was full to capacity, with tickets selling out weeks before the event. It is a firm favourite on the Hanwell social calendar!

The quiz is tough but fun and the questions are set and presented by Martin and his glamorous assistant, Mo. The quiz was closely fought, and the winning team were presented with a chocolate bar each and of course the kudos of being the winners. 

The food was greatly enjoyed, and the quizzers were treated to a chicken or lentil and chickpea curry, followed by a choc ice pudding.  Dinner was prepared by local volunteers and supported by the wonderful Goodgym Ealing, who always do a fantastic job.
